The garage is 85 1/2" wide. I did measure pretty carefully before buying the Model X, and we had been able to squeeze our old Sienna in (but that was insanely tight - and we never did it again).

I would email and call your delivery specialist ... if MyTesla is still saying April, I would have thought you would have one by now. I got my VIN almost exactly a month before delivery (2/29 VIN, 3/31 delivery)

I second that. I bought a Volt in 2014 as a stopgap until my MX was delivered. And I'm keeping it until I get an M3.

In hindsight, I would also have opted for a non-Factory delivery. In my case, the detailer has my car for several days going over it with a fine-tooth comb. And given mine is his fourth Model X, he seems to know what to look for. So far, he's telling me that mine is pretty clean from a paint...

RE: Cost. I installed both a 10-30 and 14-50 for around $1k in SF (not including permit). But it was a very short run (2 feet). And I assume I'll get a 30% tax credit too.

I have a 10-30p outlet and plug a J1772 charger into it for my Volt. I also installed a separate 14-50 for my MX (delivery at the end of the month!). The J1772 is an Ebusbar BEV-H02A10 EV Charger Level 2, 240 Volt / 17amp ($300 on Amazon). The nice thing about the 17amps is I'm not worried...

I also had an updated My Tesla Page this morning: March 24 to March 31. Fremont Delivery. This a day after my DS said mid-April (this still may be the case to allow time for QC?)
