I was charging at West Palm Beach service center today. I asked three technicians about the ghosting windshield. To my surprise, all three claimed that they had never heard about the complaint. I can't believe it given it seems to be a pretty busy service center.

Did the Service Center also take care of the damaged paint? I have the same plastic-trim-rubbing-against-paint issue. I applied painter's tape to areas rubbed to prevent further damage to the paint.

We have the same problem same location. delivered two weeks ago. I chose not to pay attention to the wrinkles.

Thanks to all for the tips. I pulled the strap all the way out, folded, and let it return. It solved the issue on both seats and saved me a trip to service center.

Thanks for the super fast reply. In this case, I don't think it is the buckle that rotated. It seems to be the belt itself that rotated. So I will have to rotate the belt from the shoulder-level opening where it comes out of the seat. The seat belt for the middle seat looks normal which is what...
