I just experienced the same thing. All settings wiped out. Mine is a 2020 Long Range Model S. When I got in the screen reported a software update had been performed, which was a surprise. It shows version 2020.48.35.5 is now active.

Model S. No alarm. When I was in the software business we would say that those of you who got the alarm simply got an extra feature.

Overall I have had good luck with these. Peak draw is about 134kw for my year-old 90D. They are in a good spot for my drives to AC.

I can only assume that it (individually) isn’t working. Or perhaps it sustained some physical damage up there.

The cleanup is done and lines are painted. It *looks* like a typical operational lineup so I backed in and tried one. But it was a no go. Possibly it needs a final inspection before they can power it up? I didn’t take photos because I only just saw the V2/V3 dialog. Will do soon.
