Agreed, I got a model x in 2016 and service was great back then... its been going downhill since then.. jokes on me though I just bought a model Y to replace my X :)

I have the same issue. Try it on very low ( suspension) and it should not do it. The higher the suspension the worse the issue is. I was told by the Tesla tech that it’s « normal ».

October 2016 FYI: I love the car and would not trade it for anything else.

Good to know. I have thus issue and it’s worse when the suspension is on Hugh and barely have it when it’s on low. I was told it’s not something to worry sbout and there aren’t any sure fix to it.

Even on AP1 car that function barely works and it’s been out for years. :)

I sure hope so. I am always in and out of the service Center with my model X. Service has been great but i am a little tired of going to see them.

Well here in Montreal most malls close at 9. Smaller malls stores close depending on the market they cater too.

In Montreal calling works great. I've actually had a few unanswered emails from them. They also have a new policy in place, when you call they give you an appointment within the next 24hours. So far great service every time i had to call them.

Tell that member to tell his source to call up his tesla contact to tell them to fill up those darn papers. Got it ? ;)

I think your are on to something.

They are just but not that busy. The sales rep in front of the store are on their laptop most of the time and even the people in the service side have some downtime here and there.

That's about what I was told. It only happened to me when the sun was hitting my car in the early morning. It takes a few wining combinations to make this happen.

This is very good stuff! I am happy to see things are progressing. Hydro Quebec part isn't to long to setup they did it in a day or two in Magog once everything else was setup.

Nothing beats the Tesla superchargers. THey are faster, the plug is sleek and it’s obviously quicker. But your right in Quebec for now you still need a CHAdeMO adaptor for most places. I also bring my mobile charger just In case, especially with kids in the car.

I have the adaptor. I don’t like the 50kw speed and prefer using a tesla supercharger. It’s quicker specially with a kid in the back seat that doesn’t always want to play in a parking lot.

I am from Montreal and going to RDL or even Quebec City is a little far without a super charger. This will make my movement in and out of the city so much easier.

Interesting I had the same issue and had it fixed at the SC. The 0 ring was also the issue and the freon leaked out of the system.

Something is wrong with yoUr lights. Mine are so bright I had people tell me about it at red lights.

Same here. Been waiting for replacement for over a month. Take a picture and email it to your SC. This way they can order it for you and when you go for service you Can get it fixed.
