Yep, same thing with my 2020 MS since 2020.48.35.5. On two different occasions both displays have gone dark while driving, each time within about 3 minutes of starting the trip. I haven't filed a service request, but did log a bug report both times.

This works great for my Gen2 HPWC - I just attached a water hose rack below the wall charger to neatly loop the longer cable.

Was your hatch reversing (opening back up) when it failed to latch? My brand new Model S did this intermittently and Mobile Service determined that the strike plate was misaligned. Fix took about 10 minutes, done in my own garage a few days ago.
