Am I crazy or was there a paint repair service appointment option in the iPhone app that isn't there anymore?

Has anyone seen this with their paint? I saw it shortly after I picked it up back on November 27th but thought it was just dirt. After waxing it this past weekend I noticed it wouldn’t go away - it appears to be beneath the clear coat. Any chance Tesla will fix this?

So my garage is about 87.5" wide. It's also tough to get into with retaining walls on each side. Do you think it's possible to reasonably get into the garage, and will any of the automatic parking and/or sensor features help? I'm also worried about scraping... any thoughts welcome! Thanks...
