    Supercharger - Manning park, BC

Also this year they should be getting adaptors, hopefully that trickles in gives them time to build out more.

    Supercharger - Manning park, BC

We Tesla folks have been patient (mostly). Only a year or two and we will all be sharing as new non Tesla EVs get tesla ports. Then we will be crying for a couple years til it builds up more, then smiling as Tesla stock takes off. Happy Investing!

    Supercharger - Sammamish, WA (LIVE 12 Mar 2024, 8 V3 stalls)

Not even, one in vancouver around 440 days, castlegar was over 400, tukwilla was over 400, and I can't remember where but I think one was reported over 700.... can't swear to it. The good news is, I track 3 provinces and 3 states and used to be like 24 under construction, down to 15 so they...

Supercharger - Calgary, AB - 130 Ave SE

My name is Greg Genge, President Tesla Owners Club of Alberta (TOCA). TOCA is planning a grand opening event possibly this weekend as soon as we can confirm that they are open, we will then post the date and time of the event. Come by for coffee, donuts and a charge. I'd drive an hour for some...

Supercharger - Calgary, AB - 130 Ave SE

Do you guys not remember Castlegar?
  7. J

    Supercharger - Valleyview, AB

You could try 100kph, that's got to be 15% more efficient.
  8. J

Supercharger - Calgary, AB - 130 Ave SE

6 years are you kidding? This is the first year I can remember NOT getting a sep snow day (granted that doesn't go back a decade, getting old :D )

Supercharger - Calgary, AB - Macleod Trail Southeast

For sure, skipping downtown always a plan, hoping that hertz will be utilizing this one instead of cross iron, or at least take the pressure off. More chargers always better.
  10. J

Supercharger - Calgary, AB - Macleod Trail Southeast

So my old 2016 model S, may need more than 30 min, but that might be enough to get me in a pinch to fort MacLeod without having to hit up cross iron. And if I had to pay 4$ not the end of the world, since I have free supercharging for life :D
  11. J

    Supercharger - Clearwater, BC

Nice finally my 75D model S can make it from Jasper to Kamloops, going to wait for the white stuff to be done though.
  12. J

Supercharger - Calgary, AB - Macleod Trail Southeast

This should take some pressure off of X Iron with all the hertz charging.
  13. J

Supercharger - Calgary, AB - 130 Ave SE

Calgary really needed another one, XIRON gettin busy. Wonder if Hertz has built some serious chargers at their locations.

Supercharger - Tacoma, WA (LIVE Mar 2023, 12 V3 stalls)

2 Months til I show up, they have moved way faster than expected. Really hoping I don't have to go to Federal way to keep up a charge. Better than Centralia a few years back though!
  17. J

    Supercharger - Milk River, AB

Wow, didn't even notice this was happening. I was just noticing nothing happening between vancouver and brantford, then I was like what the heck? When did this pop up? This will do nicely when a powerwall hits a billion (or megamillions) and I'm bored and go down for some tickets. EDIT: Yeah...

Supercharger - Edmonton, AB - Currents Drive Northwest

Could use this by Christmas, but not whining yet, it's not Castlegar.
  19. J

    Supercharger - Castlegar, BC

Day 420, crews are tired, time for a smoke break
  20. J

    Supercharger - Morris, MB

I didn't have a prob in a 75D this summer, but I vote to give the Manitobans a 5th supercharger. I wonder when they will get a Service center. Had my first ranger visit in 6 years in Alberta, I actually liked it better than a service center when you can't actually talk to the mechanics. And...

Supercharger - Merritt BC - De Wolf Way

I feel like the APP needs an upgrade. The few model S and X that can't take 150KW, should be shuffled to the old chargers. My old S tries to start over 100kw, but not long it's back to the 60s. So I'm sitting watching model 3 and y come and go while I charge up. A valet tent is cute and all...

    Supercharger - Everett, WA

I'ma gonna give Everett even odds of beating Tukwilla, unless it's the same company/utility they are dealing with.
  23. J

    Supercharger - Everett, WA

Have you looked at tukwilla lately? Or in the last 250 days?
  24. J

    Supercharger - Wynyard, SK

OK, TY, seems legit. I hadn't zoomed in enough to see the road :D I was just surprised with all of 4 in Manitoba.
  25. J

    Supercharger - Wynyard, SK

Any reason why they are building this here? Is it on the road to somewhere? (I just don't know Jack about SK)

    Supercharger - Fort MacLeod, AB

Well I have been there twice in the last week, started off at around a 1/4 charge, and all I got was 60 odd kw. I shoulda moved. So next time I went to a different charger (not one of the 3s) and it was better. A guy in a Y came by and was only getting 60KWs I suggested to moving to one of...

    Supercharger - Cranbrook, BC

It's unethical at best, Elon said it was never to be a money maker. Now if he wanted to charge a Mustang triple fine, and dem leafs and others. All he did was ensure I will never trade in my Tesla. Free supercharging for life. In fact, I may have to go on a diet, eat healthier and exercise...

    Supercharger - Cranbrook, BC

After April 1st (no not a prank) I think you get to skip the test if your vaxd. There is an arrive can app, don't know if Americans have to use it.... Sorry so many changes all the time.

    Supercharger - Cranbrook, BC

Man this needs to be done, I might have to go down this weekend.... really dont wanna spend hours in creston.
  33. J

    Supercharger - Cranbrook, BC

I didn't go by... coming back to Canada took me FIVE days. Tacoma got SNOW so they closed the testing stations, that was 2 days. Then we crossed the cascades because they weren't requiring chains for under 10,000 pound vehicles. (it then snowed about a foot so we got lucky, I don't have...

    Supercharger - Cranbrook, BC

I actually didnt stop to look on the way down, I had other things to buy there. Stopped in Creston overnight got enough to limp to idaho sup;ercharger. Silly border is open 7am to 5pm (i think 5). Had a nice chat with the border guy. My wife has been buying boots and warm socks I warned her...

    Supercharger - Cranbrook, BC

Well just today they said if you have documentation you should get back accross. Not trusting that since they change their mind every couple days or so. We will update our ArriveCan app before we go, and get our tests and update before we come back. If I come back... Perhaps spring :D
  36. J

    Supercharger - Cranbrook, BC

Sadly I'm driving by this week, but at least Invermere is done! That's 2 or 3 hours I'm not at the coffee shop. I have a 75D, wonder if I can go from Invermere to Idaho... might have to check for level 2 in cranbrook to top off. I really hope the US border guard is one of those idiots that...
  37. J

    Supercharger - Surrey, BC - 104 Avenue

So wierd a 250KW next to a 72KW, guess they are abandoning the 72 idea. Always was painfully slow, but you could get some food and then sit there.
  38. J

    Supercharger - Creston, BC

So cool, the US opening border in a bit, and Creston makes even winter driving possible in my 70D. WITH HEAT
  39. J

    Supercharger - Invermere, BC

Finally! Been waiting for years, my 70KWH battery can't make it from Canmore to Coeur delaine, however you spell that. Before the pandemic used to charge at the BC office, now I hear they charge you. Then walk a couple blocks to the pizza joint for the buffet. That's probably gone forever...
  40. J

    Supercharger - Golden BC V3

well I'm driving by on Canada Day assuming BC opens up I'll check it out.
  41. J

Supercharger - Hope, BC - Klassen Road

Waste of money, should build out where there are no superchargers. Or at least first. I do like the sign reminding us how much we DON'T have to pay for gas :D
  42. J

    Supercharger - Quesnel, BC

Nice, now if they just open BC to Albertans (and others) I may take a drive late this summer. Waitin on that 2nd jab.
  43. J

    Supercharger - Golden BC V3

Wonder why it's taking so long 241 days of construction... Granted I'd rather have Invermere or Cranbrook done.
  44. J

    Supercharger - Canmore, AB

Dang it, had to hear from Tesla time news that this was open. It's a beautiful day may have to go check it out.

Supercharger - Seattle, WA - NW. Ballard Way (LIVE Dec 2020, 8 V2 stalls)

This is exciting, whenever I can get across the border, I will be there, as I have to pick up Norwegian food in Ballard for my Norwegian Mom (and me, but no lutefisk)

If you get door dinged while sitting in the car...

No it makes sound waves, doesn't turn into sound til someone hears it.

Wow, we need to find another way to heat EVs

    yep sorry no coffee yet
  50. J

Wow, we need to find another way to heat EVs

So this is based off gas vehicles but will give you the idea. 55 mpg this is where mileage is calculated at. 60 mpg is 3 percent less efficient 65 mpg is 8 percent less efficient 70 mpg is something like 17? can't remember 80 mpg I DO REMEMBER is 28% less efficient people gripe about a penny at...
