We did get it resolved. It turned out to correct itself. I'm still finding the plastic wrap on certain areas of the car so I'm wondering if that was the issue and it came off.

It's actually the area where the USB pots are. The door is stuck closed with the portion of the door near the cup holders hitting this area so I cannot open the door to access the USBs.
