Getting close to ordering a MS LR and have a question about the FSD option.
My current 2019 MS with FSD is driven on the highway exclusively using TACC and auto steer, not FSD or NOA. I enjoy making lane changes with just a touch of the turn signal lever on auto pilot.
My question is: If I...
I currently own a 2019 100 D model S. I am considering purchasing a new refresh model S with 19 inch wheels. Wondering what real world highway range on the 19 inch wheels in both summer and winter temperatures. Would appreciate any info and experiences.
I’m not sure if it was the iPhone 7 update that I did recently or the Tesla software update that was also done recently but now I am unable to sync my text messages so that they will display in the dash and allow me to respond.
2019 model S 100 D build date March 2019

2019 100D. Someone backed into me in a parking lot; thankfully, insured.
The bumper has an S-Tek PPF on it.
I have made an appt. w Tesla service and am waiting to hear from them. I would like to have Tesla order a new front bumper and have them paint it while off the car. This will avoid...
My 2014 S85 is now in long-term storage. It is plugged in and the charge level is set to 65%. My question is: is 65% the best place to keep it charged and is there any advantage to varying the charge level and letting it discharge some before bumping it up as far as battery health goes?
Thanks...
On August 22, 2019 I lost connection with my 2014 Model S which is currently located out of state but in a garage and plugged in. Can’t get a response from Service. Anyone else know what might be the problem? Is there anyway for Tesla to remotely wake the car up or reboot it?
If not, is there a solution? If yes, why does my 2019 MS keep saying unable to connect, check DCHP settings.
Finally, if I don’t connect ever, is there any disadvantage, other than a delay in getting updates?
Thanks!
The Tesla electrician installed a wall charger on a dedicated 100Amp 240V circuit in my home. When plugged in, my new 2019 MS long range (Apr 2019 build) showed 240V max 48Amp charging and would not allow increase above the 48 Amps. Electrician double checked the settings in the wall charger to...
I’m taking delivery soon and as we all know, skill level of the installer is the single most important factor in getting a satisfactory result. Any recommendations?
Thanks,

So I will also be taking delivery of my new Tesla in Tampa FL very soon and would like to know if anyone here has a very good clearbra installer in the Tampa/Sarasota area to whom you could refer me. I will be driving it on a long road trip shortly after delivery so I definitely need to get...
When solar panels were installed, power walls were not yet available and I indicated that I did not want a critical load sub panel as i wanted whole home back up for the power walls when they arrive.
Now that they’re going to be installed soon, I was thinking of how I might proceed considering...
Many show rooms closing is the word. Does that also mean the service centers will be closing with them? If so, will Tesla be subcontracting all the service to other non Tesla Service centers ? What about the Tesla mobile truck? Will it become history too?
After 8 months of waiting, Tesla has drawn up a work order for 2 PW2’s. They did honor the lower price in effect at the time of the order but install cost will be $2200. No panel upgrade needed and gateway is a separate charge. They are going in just under the guts of the PV system in my...
Ok, so I have been seeing thread after thread where people are having a multitude of issues with the PW. Since I am just getting ready to do a site survey for my Tesla PV system, I thought I would ask if any forum members out there have any good things to say about their PW's. I am in line for...
