Test charges are being done, yes. Temperature is not accounted for directly, but margins are left in the timing, and test charges should adjust for big temperature changes. I would love to hear your feedback after testing it :)

Same here. I was worried yesterday that my server on Heroku was blocked by Tesla, but since we are all experiencing the same problems at the same time that is probably not the case? Are Amazon having problems today also?
