The charger is active.

I just stopped by and it appears that it will be on the drive through side of Sheetz. There is a fence up around the area where the chargers will be. There is an existing transformer on the other side of the drive through lane. Getting to this location also requires getting off of 77 on to us 19...

I was about to start looking in that area to locate the charger. I'll stop by one day soon and look at the location. It's been about 1yr since I have been at that location. US 19 is a toll road through there.

I just stopped by and 5 stalls are covered. It appears to be related to paving. The others worked.

Just stopped by and everything looks like it is complete. Landscaping is done and the site has been cleaned up. Stalls have been labeled. They haven't been activated yet and the meter is displaying "error" on the screen. I would think it would be active sometime next week.

Looks like it is almost complete. Transformer is humming and the meter is on. Meter isn't showing any usage but it's on. Looks like all electrical connections are complete. Landscaping is still in progress. This site may be active within two weeks.

It looks like progress has been made but the recent rain may have slowed them down. Probably a few more weeks to go. The transformer and meter are in. The stalls are not all complete. This will be an 8 stall site. They will be back in. They are not installed like the ones in Charleston.

It's the first exit as you are crossing into Tennessee from Virginia. Right after the TN welcome center exit.

I just made the trip from Asheville to Wytheville. There are some major changes in elevation along that route but I did make it in my 75D. I made it to Wytheville with 12% battery. I kept my speed at about 5mph below the speed limit. The Supercharger in Bristol is now under construction.

I just stop by the area and it appears the construction has already begun. The charge will be next-door to the boot barn.

That would be a perfect location. There are plenty of shopping options in that area. Reaching out to a local business may be more successful than a national company. I would support this as well. There are very few charging options in the Lynchburg /Forest area. I would like to a see a DC fast...
