Not terribly strong.

Today at the carwash I noticed that my drivers side door did not roll all the way up. This could have been user error, or it could have been the car. This is the second time I've wet the interior of my car unexpectedly, though, so I wonder if anyone else has experienced this issue.

My wife wasn't sure where to place her keycard, so she tried the piano black portion of the center console. To my horror, it scratched up the console quite a bit. Yes, the keycard. So, don't do that! Or touch it with anything else, for that matter.

Has anyone else experienced this situation? With no obstacles anywhere, neither FWD would open, nor would they even respond to manual override (screen or button). Eventually, after driving around a bit, everything resolved. Odd, no? I suspect a software issue.

My X still has issues, and I've lost confidence in the car. I still have faith in Tesla; what's the fastest route to a replacement? Should I retain a lawyer, call my local service center, or start somewhere else?
