    Inside door sensors

Mine was manufactured in August 2017 and it had them (software didn't support them at first but a recent software update activated them).

Car Off in middle of the road!

That is very much normal for temps under 10C/50F. For the rest I would get it checked at your local Service Centre. #3 happened to me once as well, but it was just a matter of waiting.

Falcon doors (randomly) only open part-way

Thanks for writing this up! I have had this randomly happening at time too. Not sure if it's a software thing or a sensor issue. Waiting to see what others have to say. Mention it next time you're visiting your SC though.

Cameras not picking up speed limit

yes, that feature is not yet support in any of the Tesla vehicles. It only relies on the predefined speed based on your geolocation, but sometimes it's not 100% accurate.

    Early Access Program

    I'll take it!

Will the X fit in my garage?

You're good. The hood and the first row / windshield take a length of about 8.5 feet, so assuming you pull in your garage forward, the front half of the car will fit under your storage nicely. Platform is only 7 feet long so you can even park all the way in, and your FWD clearance won't even...

I give up--is there a way to find Supercharger stations in the car itself?

Also, They should always be displayed. Just zoom out until you see some. There is no function to just give you the one nearest, you have to click on the one visually near you.

    Where does this cable/hose go?

On mine it's a bolt! what month was your vehicle manufactured?

Center console option with the six seat Model X - removable?

Last time I checked it was NOT removable, but it would be great if someone could prove me wrong of course.

Model 3 Warranty (North America) And Commercial / Business Use Language

The good news is that looking at the most recent warranty document from https://www.tesla.com/sites/default/files/downloads/Model_3_New_Vehicle_Limited_Warranty_NA_en.pdf, this clause about "Driving for business or commercial purposes" has been removed from the list altogether.

Model X damaged before a delivery

Just be happy for Tesla to be transparent and telling you what's going on. As others have said, the alternative was to not say anything and getting it fixed without your knowledge, as it seems to be common with other manufacturers. Probably not Tesla's fault either if the transport company is to...

Bug or missing feature, steering wheel not being restore in driving profile

this is a feature and definitely working on my MX. schedule an appointment with your SC, or see if they can work something out on the phone...

Looking to buy trunk load floor

Isn't that something that would be covered under warranty?

No communication or help with financing stress

If you are worried about the buyer, I would also look into borrowing or renting a car while waiting for your delivery, or using uber.

    Center Console Screen Black

Do you mean +25F or -25F? I also have a Tesla Model X 75D from September 2017 and have driven it no problem at -26C (-15F). Only thing I could notice was the screen being slower to refresh. I would think something else is at play. Are you able to drive the car at all? Are you able to warm up...

Closing Front Doors Using The Touchscreen

I agree with the OP, it slams them pretty hard, a little harder than it needs, given that moving the door close to the closed position, it will automatically latch itself. I'd expect a smoother automatic closing (and smoother sound) on a luxury car.

    Rear ended MVA

I will need to confirm in daylight, but pretty sure that lip is there by design.

Going from metric to imperial countries

Speaking from Canada <-> US experience, it will remain in the unit you have selected in your profile, but the speed limit as indicated by the signs on the road will be converted to your home-country unit. So for example with the unit set as km and a speed limit of 45 mph in the US, the white...

Model X July 2017 Build Standard Options

Any sales person should be able to give you the break down of what this car has (assuming it's an inventory car). Air suspension was standard back in July. Tow hitch was a separate package. I happen to have a snapshot of a config from June, which hopefully helps (prices in CAD though).

Tesla app / account for multiple drivers?

I was in the same situation with my wife a month ago when we took delivery. She created her own account after downloading the app on her phone, but the car wasn't linked to her email address. I had to send an email to [email protected] with the VIN + her email address and they granted her...

    Winter Tires

Like @boelkers I'm planning to keep my all season tires this winter on my MX. I've been doing that on my previous SUV for years and never had any problem while living in New England and Southern Ontario.

Canada: Potential Paint Protection Wrap Group Buy (Xpel)

At the risk of diverging from the original topic (which I'm interested in), have you tried to wash by hand, or brought your car to the shop who applied your xpel? @wallstguy Can you share details on where you got your group buy in Toronto? Looks like we have 2 people interested already (myself...

Canada: Potential Paint Protection Wrap Group Buy (Xpel)

Any interest for another group buy in the GTA? I'm receiving my MX this month and would like to apply an Xpel protection while it's new.
