Bump

I like to keep my AC fan speed around 4 or 5 but whenever I charge my Model S overnight or let it sit for a day the fan speed resets to 1 the next time I get in to drive it. I have done both a soft and hard reset. Before version 9 upgrade, it never did this. This happens to anyone else?

They have been installed and removed off of a very low mileage Model S. “Like new” means I cannot find any visible cosmetic issues. It not brand new and did not come straight off the assembly line so I cannot call them “brand new.”

With a 10mm spacer, are you still able to bolt the wheels onto the factory studs?

So if I order a wider spacer, say 22mm instead of 20mm, would that eliminate the need to grind off that extra 2mm from the tapered end of the studs?

Is there a large panel gap without the under bumper plastic shield? Just concerned about collecting a bunch of dirt and rocks without it. I am in Houston also. Did the SC give you any problems for buying parts that do not match your VIN? You go to North Houston or Westchase location?

Looks great! I am thinking about doing this for my S. How did you Plastidip the folding mirrors? I’m concerned that when I fold them they will rub off the sprayed areas. Did you sprayed them folded and unfolded to cover the unexposed areas?

Did you upgrade your Gen 1 steering column with a Gen 2? I heard once you take off the steering wheel it is just 2 clips and a connector and the steering column slides off. Did you have to pop off the lower panel off first?

Sorry about the dumb question but where is the brake master cylinder reservoir located on a Tesla Model S? Just got my CPO Model S a few months ago so I am slowing trying to learn the mechanical anatomy of the vehicle.

So does the UP brackets and driving at a higher corrected some of the negative camber? Can you tell any difference in the tire wear?

Stiff as in it feels like there is a rock stuck behind the pedal. There is maybe about a couple of centimeters of give. Once I pump the brake to start the car, pressure goes back to normal. Happens every morning like clockwork.
