I think Tesla needs to offer an extended warranty for the battery. Could be priced according to the battery health (I am sure they have the data now) and even if it was a fair amount of money, would still eliminate the huge concern that potential buyers would have.

Seems to me she started with the view that it was an “unfathomable sum”, and everything flowed from there. Neither order agreement has a VIN on it (they do list a RN, and those are the same). The MVPA does have a VIN, but it only appeared in my documents folder after I scheduled the delivery.

I have always thought approaching this with economic incentives/penalties would have been much more effective than mandates (at least in the US). If healthcare costs are demonstrably more expensive for the unvaccinated, then pass that cost on to them through insurance premiums.

I don't care about a cheap Tesla - I would really just like a smaller Tesla. Either a small, sporty hatchback or a little convertible would be a blast (roadster is far over my pay grade, and certainly don't need 0-60 in 2 seconds). Would buy either in a heartbeat.

I have a 2018 M3 with FSD beta and a 2021 MY. The Y autopilot is simply unusable most of the time. Constantly slows down for no reason - we just don’t use it in that car.

I agree that the FSD Beta handles curves and not getting close to other vehicles much better, but the constant micro-braking is tough to stomach...

Agree - with my 2018 M3, I would use autopilot 90% of the time. Now FSD Beta while interesting and amazing in many ways, I just don't use it much (especially with anybody else in the car). Two-lane roads have constant micro-braking events (I assume shadows??). I tried recalibrating the cameras...
