    Yes, they adjust the price when you add an additional driver, and for us it was $16/month (not insignificant). But even with that, the premium was 15% cheaper than our current policy.

    Did you call Service King? They did a fender bender repair for me, contract with Farmers. Also, I agree with the independent adjuster recommendation. It will cost you some money, but it will decrease your headache and increase the chances that you get everything you are legally entitled to.

    The wiper update said it failed, but when I check the software status, it shows the latest software and the information for the wiper update. Also, the automatic wiper option now appears in Controls. Has anybody ever seen this? Update supposedly failed, but it seems to have actually worked...

    Thanks. I was actually depressing the brake also. But I've read that doesn't make a difference since you can even do the scroll wheel reset while driving.
