Glad you were able to get a spot - I'm not surprised it was busy considering the other Superchargers in San Diego either have a line (Qualcomm) or are difficult to access (downtown parking structure).
I charge for free at work (when I can get a charger), so I won't be charging there, but I may swing by around 7:00 if others plan to (I'll park in the non-charging spots on the upper level?). Did we give enough advanced notice for AZ to drive out?
Biked by this morning. Obviously still not opened. I noticed that there was an open area on the platform with some protruding conduit (see picture). Does something else still need to be installed there? There was no one around to ask.

Good point about where to line up... I don't think that people will want to have to drive past the stalls to the north side to line up. I can also picture that if there are more than 3-4 cars waiting, it can extend past the driveway to the upper lot and into the alley, and causing traffic flow...

I didn't see anyone else respond that the Model 3 only has two settings right now, Standard and Low. I too would prefer a slider, but maybe the software and control for that is more complicated...
