Thanks @dark cloud for the feedback. The scheduling in the phone is a good feature for me with the winters we have in Montreal. Otherwise I needed to go in the car to do it. Too bad for the waypoints though I do not think this would have been too hard to add but hey... Knowing this MCU does not...

Thanks @dark cloud so they fixed XM and added TIDAL that's a starter! Do you now have waypoints on the map in the car? Can you schedule charge or departure from the phone app? These are the two features I see they could give us without impacting performance....

Nice to report back @Proppilot. I contacted my very good garage VEMTL in montreal and we will try to order the arms of the model s plaid and retrofit them on my 85D. I will report back what I find and if I go through with this experimental retrofit.

What is the spray pattern on the plaid? Is the fluid coming out of the wiper or from under the hood? Does it work equally at 30km/h and 120km/h? I have 85D and I hate the jets coming from under the hood. It does not work well at highway speed... I would not mind asking my garage to retrofit...

Mine too works perfectly with headlight dimming, but I am on MCU1 and HW1 for autopilot so I think it uses sensor and not vision. What I was wondering by coming here is about the windshield washer. Is it coming out of the wiper like model 3/Y or is it still coming from under the hood?

Same here, replaced all the handle to gen3 on my 2016 85D and 14 months later I have one failure. Water in the connector as well. Did not try to fix myself but the garage replaced the assembly for 280CAD plus labor... Found this but they do not ship to Canada. Maybe someone can try and report...

It goes with the serial number of the car. Bellow 50900 it is gen 1 referred as Baolong, after 50900 it is gen 2 referred as continental. Only older model s has the gen1, neither x or 3 have the gen1. The last part of your car's vin is the serial number in case you don't know.

I have 4 oem Tesla TPMS gen1 that I would like to exchange for 4 OEM Tesla TPMS gen2. I bought a set of winter wheels without knowing they might not be compatible. My model S (118979) uses gen2 TPMS and the wheels are gen1. Maybe someone is in the opposite situation and we can trade? Cheers!
