Performance Model 3: Excited or Disappointed?

There is no way that this is the performance car- remember the photos of the "huge brakes" on the car with air suspension? There was no word of that. This just sounds like a way to make more money selling performance options on a base car.

Ride dynamics with 19" vs 18" wheels

They do have a summer tire option- but it is an expensive 20" Michelin Pilot 4S. A 19" summer tire option would be great.

Musk Says Model 3 Brakes Need Work, Firmware Update Coming in a ‘Few Days’

I repeated the CR 10 stop 60-0 test in my own model 3 VIn 12xxx on the same all-season 18" tires and had a best 60-0 of 122 feet and one outlyer at 136 feet but the average was 128 feet. A far cry from 150'. What are they doing differently?

Model 3 initial issues and errors

The key is not detected in the cupholder and even if you leave it on top of the key card reader the 'Walk Away Door Locks' will still lock the car. Don't leave your key card in the car or turn off walk away door locking. When you were at the stop light was your foot on the brake or did you...

    Factory Suspension Changes

@djwi coming from the Bimmer M3 and a 911you would probably prefer handling and ride of the "1.0" suspension. I have driven both and there is a noticeable trade off of handling v. ride comfort. The 1.0 setup feels very much like an M series. Visit your local service/delivery center and ask them...
