I found this 2013 Model S 60 for sale. It has a rebuilt title, but the owner says that a Tesla Certified Shop repaired it and that it has gone through the re-certification process so it can supercharge, receive updates, and get serviced. Just over 51,000 miles, and he is asking $25,990. Carfax...

Are either of these good deals? Both are on the higher end of mileage scale relative to others on the market. Tested the Blue one and called Tesla to confirm battery & drive motor warranty status until 3/2021. Green is a one owner and comes with 2 sets of wheels, but haven't seen it in person...

I visited the car in person to inspect and confirmed with Tesla that it's a 40, but software upgradable to a 60 for $2,500. The dealer didn't seem very happy when I brought up the market and prices for MS40...probably indicating that they know they overpaid lol.
