Are these good deals? 2013 P85

Are either of these good deals? Both are on the higher end of mileage scale relative to others on the market. Tested the Blue one and called Tesla to confirm battery & drive motor warranty status until 3/2021. Green is a one owner and comes with 2 sets of wheels, but haven't seen it in person.

The blue one looks like a good deal at $38k. It has a minor accident in the CarFax but sounds like just a fender bender and repaired cosmetics, so that's ok. If the battery/drive unit warranty is indeed good through 3/2021, that's some peace of mind.

For $40k you should be able to find a 2013 S85 with fewer miles, or $45k for Performance, so this is priced to sell.

Things to check:

1. Doors, windows, handles all operating normally
2. Air suspension operating normally
3. Miles on a 80% and 90% charge -- the closer to 200 miles at 80%, the better. 100% charge should be close to 250.

The service history would be nice to review -- there were various service bulletins along the way and it would be nice to confirm that the maintenance was done.

If Tesla is forthcoming about maintenance history, I think it's worth considering the blue one. There's plenty of posts on TMC about high-mileage Model S that have held up very well.
