Do you use lotion or other hand creams? This can commonly ruin touched surfaces.

I did it separate tabs, did not work. I pasted the URL over my existing browser after freshly signing into my account and clicking "manage" and it worked. you may have to close all browsers, re login, and try it. I had to do that to get it to work. I did the same way without a recent login...

I had that problem. you have to log into your account, then go to manage order, then copy/paste the URL over the top of existing browser tab. it just worked for me. You can cop/paste without the "XXXXX" and leave your RN number from your current page, helps make it easier.

F*ck. good info. I likely will be adjusting lower seat bolsters and swapping the pleather out for fabric. I may be alone on this, but I really preferred the fabric seats in my 2016 S.

Anyone else wish they could change the rate of acceleration when TACC is catching back up to the car in front of you/max speed? Typically after a slow car moves a lane over and you have an opening and get jerked forward? why does the car want to accelerate so quickly? It should be more gradual...
