Got my car detailed today. The orbitals definitely look better with a bit of tire shine. I also got some Tesla logo center caps from Amazon, which look pretty good I think.

Funny you mention summon, I actually did try that and I was having difficulty pinpointing it exactly, but it sounded like it was coming from the rear-left. Going to try it again in the morning.

I'll have to try that. I mostly drive highway, so I certainly haven't been utilizing the brake harshly at all. The noise is not bothering me as I haven't noticed it with the windows up at all. I'll wait to see what Tesla Service finds, hopefully it's simple as gravel.

Congratulations! I'm also in Orlando and have a 174xx VIN pearl white that I'm awaiting delivery on. I was supposed to have it 3 weeks ago but it's been delayed because its still in the body shop for a rear bumper paint mismatch. I'm guessing the paint looks good on yours?

An update on my situation...looks like the body shop moved up the repaint and the car should be ready by next Wednesday. I'm not going to be holding my breath but I'm going to give this VIN a second chance. So new delivery date for June 6th...hopefully the repaint is good and there aren't any...

Has anyone been through a rematch for a VIN? Since I had to cancel delivery on my first assigned VIN because of a paint defect that'll take 4-5 weeks in the shop (they're backed up), the ISA submitted a "hard rematch request" for a new VIN. Apparently it triggers a search for an existing VIN...

I was kind of afraid that'll happen even with the repaint. Might as well as ask for a new VIN if they can't get it right.

It wasn't even the ISA, it was my adviser from my local delivery center. I sent him the the VIN that was displaying in the shop checkout page and he confirmed that VIN was still assigned to me.

Confirmed with my delivery adviser via email that the VIN is still assigned to me even though it's still not on my Tesla account page.
