I’m a little disappointed to see some snobbery toward “entitled” model 3 buyers compared to S/X. A 60k model 3 is Lexus territory. It’s not unreasonable to expect a similar level of service. That said, this doesn’t excuse people being a-holes.

Our Texas car was moved from 9/1 to 9/15...hoping that date holds but I’m nervous.

I thought the ones taking the wind/bugs/rocks (leading) were supposed to be wrapped. I would have gladly paid extra to ensure mine was wrapped...no idea if it is or not.

TX delivery - Reserved 5/30. Configured 6/30. Initial delivery 9/1, delayed without explanation, now 9/15 - no idea if it will hold. Coworker in the Bay Area - Reserved and configured 8/27, gets it delivered 9/5!

Baked in bird poop is a serious risk of these cars sitting outside in Lathrop for -n- days/weeks.

Dallas delivery here. We were scheduled for 9/1 and were moved to 9/15 without explanation. Not happy about it. Car is funded and I will start making payments before it arrives. I'm missing the dealership experience right about now.
