Yes, had same problem. Took it to service for replacement of front struts and mentioned it to tech. He pressed down hard on shelf below large screen, removed shelf and retrieved lost check, then popped shelf back in, fairly easy.

I had the same experience through mobile service. I was told that the fix wasn’t ready yet. He replaced with new screen. Was told screen is a new version that should not yellow.

I spray diluted ONR with spray bottle. After a minute remove with microfiber cloth folded into 4 (8 sides). Keep using each of 8 segments. If car is really dirty may need second microfiber. Top of car is mostly glass (glass roof), still figuring out which glass cleaner is best.

Under audio settings you should have IMMERSIVE SOUND (bottom left of window) with these options: Off, Standard, High. Also in trunk on passenger side right there is a box covered with carpeting, sub inside there. Notice on left side of trunk it’s open space (no sub on left). Only one sub.

I hope they auction those cars too. What bothered me was that the link for photos of the car was sent by tesla. I’m a retail customer speaking to Tesla about a cpo, why the link of the photos is to manheim, a wholesaler.

I looked into an 85D. Received photos with small damage. They will not refurbish. What I find weird is the photos came from a link to “Manheim”, they are a car auction house, with not very good reviews around my area. Is tesla auctioning there cpo’s? Is this standard procedure?
