For order date, I had entered the actual order date, the day I had deposited $3200, mine was April 2, 2018. We had an Motor Vehicle Order agreement as well , which was eventually converted to MVPA.

Yes, I had the same concern. The actual order date was April 2 as per the original order agreement (now it is converted to Motor vehicle purchase agreement). But on MVPA the agreement date is May 29. I was not sure, what date to use in B3.

Thanks for the update! That may be the case, I was mixing up my order date (April 2) with my purchase date. I have sent an email to my ISA, if he replies by the time of delivery.

Date of agreement on my MVPA is May 29, though my delivery is on May 31st. Other than that no issues.

I have a question on K5 Data Provision section. I have already signed on K1 section, do I need to sign K5 Data Provision section as well. We are two owners and this section has only one row for applicant's last and first name. Delivery tomorrow, wanted to keep this stuff ready by then.

Update- things are going very well so far. Ordered on weekend. Confirmation email on Monday. Replied to confirmation email( [email protected]) and asked to provide shipping status. I got reply in no times with Fedex tracking code as my order has been shipped already.

I got order confirmation email today, no shipping confirmation yet. I would love to have it delivered before end of this week.
