I drove by the Superior service center today. They had torn down almost all of the exterior walls. Looks like they might do a complete rebuild. The roof is still intact. I'm surprised as the damage didn't seem that bad with only one side obviously damaged by the fire.

There's often a lag of 1 day to 1 week from when it's turned on and when it shows up in the app. I think recent Superchargers have been showing up in the app pretty quickly after power's enabled.

I stopped by yesterday. It showed that it was an active station in my car's navigation system and was able to precondition the battery before charging there. I arrived at about 25% SoC and briefly hit 188 kW.

Cool! I'll try to stop by tomorrow and test it out. My battery's pretty full, I'll need to head up to the mountains first then try charging there when I get back

I stopped by today. It looks the same as in my last pictures. One of the Tesla staff told me they're focused on getting their cars off the lot before the end of the quarter and it'll probably be a few weeks before they install the cover plates on the chargers.

It's hard to tell. It's been under construction for a bit over 60 days but it all depends on when it actually opens. The Brighton location has looked finished for months but still isn't open. The Conifer station took about 100 days to build.

All 16 pedestals are installed. Looks like the only thing left to do is add their covers and test them. Here's pictures of all 16 of them.

I stopped by today and counted 16 pedestal mounts (I couldn't get a picture of all of them in one picture). Looks like they've finished installing all of the conduit and there's three transformers on site still in their packaging.

I just stopped by today and confirmed they're completely open now. They're still gradually rolling out HW3 upgrades relatively slowly as it takes about 6 hours to upgrade each car.

Yeah, at 72 kW, only a little higher than the charge rate I saw. That's kinda slow at that SoC. But I've seen this with other new V3 Superchargers. Hopefully they'll simply ramp it up over time.

I also got a pretty slow charging rate, peaking at about 63 kW. I didn't expect to hit the max theoretical charge rate since I showed up at about 30% SoC, but that's still pretty slow. It was cold (19 F), but I had driven from Copper Mountain so the battery should have been at least somewhat...

I drove by last night. Looks like they have all of the drywall installed and have made a lot of progress installing car lifts and other equipment. They have a lot of finishing work left to do but looks like they're making good progress.

The suspense is killing me. There's so many stations that look like they're ready to open across Canada, does anyone know when they'll flip the switch? I'm guessing the answer's no but I'd be happy just hearing a rumor at this point.

The biggest difference is that the charge rate won't be reduced when a car is charging from the charger that's paired with yours. That can potentially double your charging rate compared to a V2 one.

I doubt it. It took a full 2 months to build the Supercharger station at Boulder. They can always try to expedite it so it's possible they could have it built and opened that soon but I wouldn't bet on it.

Great! I hope they resume expanding the charging network in Colorado and New Mexico, we're certainly due for some new ones. The last new Supercharger opened in Colorado on July 3rd, 2018 (Aspen) and the last new one opened in New Mexico on November 18, 2017. The one most on my wish list are...
