I have been having similar experience lately to all above. Seeing around 8% battery drain while parked at work. Everything in the car settings is off. Haven't had this issue in the past, more like 1% drain. Hopefully they fix it with software updates.

I've had my front control arms replaced 3 times now, basically at every 20,000km. If I have to replace out of warranty I think I'll get 3rd party parts. Tesla suspension sucks

I had both arms replaced 2-3 times now. At 45,000 miles. For sure faulty design. They keep revising the ball bearing, but not sure how well it will hold up given the history. If the control arms fail out of warranty I will look at aftermarket solutions.

If you want a better value for Tesla trade in, do it during one of their end of quarter sales sprints.

Winter tire manufacturers usually recommend installation once daily temps fall below 7C. I usually wait I till nighttime temps go below freezing or snowfall. If you told your insurance you have winter tires I believe their minimum requirement is Dec 1 - March 31.

From my research and experience the Hakka and Blizzak will give you the best grip in heavy snow, but that is because they have more aggressive grip pattern and softer rubber compound. They will wear faster as a result. The Michelin X-Ice is a quieter tire, still with very good snow performance...

The Hakka will be far superior to the Pirelli for performance in snow. Pirelli doesn't make the best snow tires in general. The Hakka, Michelin X-Ice, and the Bridgestone Blizzak are the best for the Canadian winters IMO.

When I took mine in to SC they ended up replacing the front suspension control arm.

Has anyone experienced a low creaking sound that seems to come from the front of the car? This seems to act up on hot days and is most noticeable during acceleration/deceleration at low speeds. I have linked a video (turn up the sound).

Yes it has the same neural net...for now, but with the imminent hardware change, wouldn’t Tesla install a more sophisticated neural net for the new hardware. This makes me think that AP (non FSD) development might be left behind as focus shifts to using HW 3.0 to its full potential.

You can still plug your car in. When it finishes charging it will be available for update.

I took delivery in December 2018. I don't feel cheated as the rebate I received before the deadline more than compensates for the reduction in price. However if Tesla decides to offer some EAP/FSD compensation for early customers then I won't shy away.
