I agree. My car goes in next week for another minor item and this issue. Hopefully there is more data available to the service center by that time. As of now no one really knows much.

IR is very important to me, in addition to the uniformity. These are the two important issues. It may have the IR properties but it will never be uniform with the rest of the roof.

to this I would say that I didn't receive what I expected, the glass used to match and now it doesn't the uniformity (the quality or state of being uniform) of an all glass roof was important to me, and don't be mistaken in thinking that it is only relevant when the car is wet because its not true.

I may be wrong, and its happened a lot in the past but UV is what causes you to have a sun tan, Infra Red radiation is what causes things to get hot. I'm not sure that concentrating on UV performance is what the focus should be.

I have this too even though I was given my VIN. I wanted to buy the wall connector but saw that message and got disappointed so I held off on placing the order, I'd like that fixed. I was able to see my VIN by running the code too, and it did match what my ISA gave me.

From what I've read the AWD has a B, mine did, in addition I haven't seem any VIN's that low for the AWD non-p. You may wan to mention this to the ISA, it seems to me that there had been a mistake.

I had a call with the ISA and we set up a delivery date. I think you need to get on the phone with your ISA and make it happen.
