Good job, but original one is 20$.

This is mostly by short AC drain line. A/c condense water going directly on top of battery in early models. I strongly recomend to install 1031034-00-A and check umbrella valve.

Hi, if main battery is discharged you need to act quickly to do not get it bricked! I am from Frankfurt Germany.

I think we will be able to assembly battery sheets and packs in USA as all assembly parts are more easy to ship.

Here is brand new 3.0b pack charged to 99% in range mode. For those who thinks 3.0b packs are different... Still charge up to 4.35v like old LG cells from 3.0a pack. It doesn't sounds good.

Solution is ready we just ran out of cells and we are looking for a good deal begining next year. I am sure we can build new battery even in 10 years - as long as 18650 cells are on the market.

Rwd DU is very poor design. In Germany I rebuild them for around 3000 with better PTFE sealings. Until now no issues.

Hello, 3.0 are same LG cells as before!!! Also there is same firmware as from 8 years ago.

The most important is that all you guys with running 2.0 battery contact first Carl in Us or me in Europe to don't let waste still good battery by Tesla. I can offer good price for a pack replacing it with bricked one.

So from your screen you have defo 3.0 pack. LRVoltage showing 4.3v which means you have LG cells which are charging up to 4.35v. So this "new" 3.0 battery has same cells configuration like old one. I assume range issue is because pack is not new - just remarketed. Is not possible to have old...

Hello, please respect that I will not explain here our know-how for some reasons. Biggest Tesla's problem to use model S cells was that model S cells have bigger diameter and are higher and are not fitting Roadster sheet.

Charging will still remain the same. CCS is a good point, but not so important now as the new battery.

of course we can do 1.5 compatible sheets

If you are not able to get firmware from Tesla, I can flash it.
