Mobile team thinks it’s my lack of a working cabin heat causing the failed update. Ordered a some part for the resistive heating unit, said it should be a week. I’m not so confident.

I, too have the same issue! No heat whatsoever with any settings. Sucks especially when the outside of the windshield fogs and there’s no heat. It’s going into the service center tomorrow for that and some other issues.

Update failed and now they scheduled a service appointment (they'll pickup and drop off a loaner). I feel like they should just push the update again (like I know better than the techs), but my cabin heater doesn't seem to heat anyway, so they can fix that and the frunk gaps while they're at it...
