These superchargers are mostly constructed by local contractors with materials from Tesla. I think they understand the situation. Tesla superchargers have been going up in Texas for at least five years. I bet it will be up and running before christmas.

It looks very close to ready today. I can see some cables are not connected but the transformer is on site and everything looks mostly buttoned-up. It's on the northbound side of the highway. There's a subway very close by.

This seems like it could be a really big deal if Buc-ee's is getting involved with superchargers.

So the old Schlitterbahn is being heavily remodeled. They have the area cordoned off, but the supercharger is still working as of today. As long as the construction guys dont block it with their trucks.

Does it really take that long to get them turned on? I'm taking a trip to Big Bend on October 5th and was kinda hoping the Fort Stockton supercharger would be up by then.
