The center console is what scares me. Certainly not worth the work/risk. Too bad, I’ve always preferred the wood trim (with the right finish).

I’ve done it on a first gen Model S, but what is the processes like on the refresh to remove the trim? I guess I’m in the minority and would rather have wood trim vs carbon fiber, but Im not sure I care enough to tear my car apart.

They feel rubbery. If I had to guess I’d say it would help with the sliding around.

The funk mat fits perfectly. The trunk I think still needs to settle. As for covering the pocket, it’s easy enough to pull back but nothing specifically designed for easy access.

Although mine did still have the sensors installed.

I can’t 100% speak to this, but my Model Y has white interior and I have no trouble keeping it clean. My S has black and it doesn’t seem to be a noticeable difference.
