String inverters only give you data for the whole string, not each panel. And since it doesn't appear anyone at Tesla actually watches the data, we're pretty much on our own to watch our systems and then convince Tesla there's actually a problem.

There's also a camera blind-spot between the side cameras and the front camera. I had someone merge into me while I was turning left and I reviewed the camera footage and the car isn't anywhere to be seen until if appears in the front camera.

Bringing up any of the menus will shrink it back down to the normal size. It's very disconcerting when using FSD in full-screen mode and the menu shrinks it back down. I believe it will remain in normal size if you bring up the menu when FSD isn't engaged.

I think it only shows up if you've changed it from the default. My system shows the default as 5.2Hz (range 60 to 65.2Hz).

Funny thing, I was running on Ethernet for the past three years and it started getting very unstable and rebooting all the time. Only turned the WiFi back on as an experiment.

And now the WiFi can't find any available networks. Junky network module just locks up!

PW3 seem more secure since they hide the password, but with PW+ the password is printed on the cover and it's only five characters anyway. A lot of the devices are located outside and easily accessible. You certainly can lock the covers, but most people aren't going to do that.

Did you get an alert in the app that the grid was down? Very unusual for the Gateway breaker to trip. Breakers do go bad sometimes, so also something to have Tesla (or an electrician) check out.

@ajdadja Definitely request the Full Plan Set. That'll show how your system is wired and will make it much easier to correlate to the PW+ numbers to see where the issue is.

Does Netzero have support for the tedapi (Tesla One/Tesla Pros)? The normal local API only shows the first PW+ (I have two) every since FW 23.44.x.

Every house is different. I have a larger house and at night it varies between 0.5-1kW. If everything is off and you're pulling 1.5kW, you're either missing something or the monitoring is confused.

Surge protection is all about risk mitigation. Most systems can't survive a direct lightning strike. Even a close strike can shift the potential of the ground enough to fry electronics. Layered surge protection is also a good idea. Type 1/2 for the house and then additional surge protectors...

Looks like Sense solar reporting is off by the same 1.4kW. Might have to start doing current measurements in your electrical panels to see where the error is occuring.

Could you explain more and/or provide some pics? Normally that would mean something isn't being monitored correctly. 1.5kW is a lot.

Click on Summary on the Powerwall screen. It'll list Backup Reserve.
