I just Got 19.8.4 and the release notes say nothing about 145kW charging! I hope it comes out soon. I'm more interested in the battery conditioning when navigating to a SC to get the battery to an optimal condition. I was hoping to see that with the 8.4 update but I guess not. Pretty soon...

Here is the graph normalized to the brown.. So mine are way off..

You can see that they are not. I started the brown (Kubo) line so it just about intersected the the blue traces. The brown line charges much faster.

Thanks for this. What was the (approx) temp outside when you did these charges? Your graphs are what I would expect my car should do. If the battery was cold-ish.. I would still expect a sustained charge till ~50% maybe not 115kW.. but something lower but flat..

It was easier to move one line! :-) Anyway we just need to look at relative anyway.. The brown jumps up much faster and stays higher during the duration than any of mine.

I took my numbers straight from the video. I [painfully] went minute by minute and recorded the SOC and the charge rate.

You can also get a dryer plug for the mobile charger... If your dryer is close enough by... You may need to buy\build a dryer extension cord if it's almost close by.. :) oh.. and if you have an electric dryer! :-P

It's from TeslaFi.com Tesla Model S X 3 Data Logger It's a paid tesla monitoring service. It's pretty cool... but it is not free after the trial period.

Back to this.. If I look at your legend.. What do the xxkWh mean? Is that the max charger rate? Were these super chargers? I'm not sure this is an apples to apples comparison if these aren't Tesla 115kW SC stations. I've yet to see any else's charging sessions that match mine. Everyone...

i don't know how it's reporting the info. If I look at my data for the charge above it said I added 219 miles. I was there for 58 minutes (lets call it an hour) My last reported mi/h was 81mi/h. So either either the number on the screen isn't the average for the session or teslafi is...

How are the batteries not at ideal temp after accepting a charge >60kW for 15 minutes? I have not seen any other videos that have a charge curve like mine. They all seem to have a flat-ish part where mine doesn't

But if I'm already charging at a specific rate, shouldn't it be able to maintain that rate? (As long as it's not in the taper zone...)

I've been trying to use this SC and have had not so good results. the best I've got was charging @62kW @39% SOC and then went down to 40kW after about 20 minutes. The past two days I had one that started at 28kW @ 42% SOC.. Peaked @ 29kW after the battery warmed up.. And Yesterday started @...

I had this happen to me once last week. The car rebooted itself (which it seems to do some mornings) and the charger locked after I pushed the button to release the charger. It was red and I had to find the manual release! It hasn't happened since.. but something is fishy..

There have been several times now that when I try to wake the car up in the morning after charging over night and I can't talk to the car. The app can't connect. And when I physically go into the car I hear some clicking and then the screen boots up and all is well. Anyone else have these...
