Sorry if this has been answered before, but do you need to give a reason for the request to Tesla? Do I ask for them to create a customer login/pw under Tesla’s SolarEdge installer account? Tia

Hang in there. My PTO finally came thru yesterday (7 months since ordering) with multiple unexplainable pauses along the way. Feels great to be off the grid!

I’m in same boat as OP. Ordered mid-August and got installed end of Oct. Took 3 months to get inspections done because of some mysterious part that was needed (which it wasn’t). PTO application filed on 2/5. Waited 2 weeks and checked with PG&E and they rejected the paperwork on 2/6. Corrected...

Thanks and sorry to hijack the thread. One final comment is that I ordered everything through Tesla, but they just sent out 3rd party installers to do the work. Not sure why Tesla is saying they cannot create my SolarEdge account but perhaps I’ll try contacting customer service to try again.

Question for you all: My panels, 2 powerwalls and SolarEdge SE7600H inverter were installed this week. 3rd party installers said they weren’t able to create the SolarEdge account for me. When I asked my Tesla project manager, he said that I need to contact SolarEdge directly. Is that true...

Suspicious that I was scheduled for delivery but had not been assigned a VIN, I called HQ Tesla and waited 40 mins to be told that it was a “mistake” and that delivery will not be tomorrow. Booooo...

So, if you find issues with the car, do you have some way to get them fixed/acknowledged by Tesla?

Same for me. 27mi from Fremont factory. Home delivery appt shows on 12/3 @2-4pm, but Edit Design link is still there. No VIN assigned yet. Tesla email said my DA (named) will contact me, but nothing. I have no trade-in but trying to finance thru Tesla. They better come thru cuz I’m taking off...
