I agree. My weather-stripping was worn out and had holes in it and it is a consumable item, so I had to pay for the replacement but the service techs do it in your driveway. Even with talking to him while he was working, it took 15-20 minutes.

I use A Better Route Planner from my iPhone. Easier than watching the web browser crash all of the time.
