We know now that recent new M3 production comes with with HW3. We also know that M3s bought with FSD will be upgraded to HW3 for free. What about those that bought an M3 earlier before HW3 and without FSD, with the intent of adding FSD later. Does the add later price include a HW3 upgrade?

Google Maps shows red lines for congested streets/highways. Not knowing exactly what M3 SR navigation/maps are like, does live traffic without visualization mean only the AI routing knows the traffic, and I don't get to manually avoid a traffic jam when I'm not using auto-navigation?

The standard interior comes with standard maps and navigation. Does this have the traffic info thats built into Google Maps and Waze or does it take another $10K for premium interior to get traffic info? I wonder if I would have to use the phones display for that too.

Is there something from Tesla in writing that says new orders of the $35K M3 with AP+FSD will get a free HW3 upgrade? I see a thread of some very skeptical people with earlier FSD purchases about Tesla disappointing them.
