Direct links to Tesla chat support...

Ditto for me trying to get a live chat person - I just need a copy of my wall charger invoice that I bought in May - gone off my order history, and NO WAY to get to a live rep - love the car, but the customer service SUCKS. Is this really the best you can do Tesla?

    Supercharging in Canada Too Expensive?

Charged 44 KW hours the other day. Paid exactly $20.00. With my average math skills works out to 44 cents a KWhr. To put that into perspective, my MAXIMUM charge at home is 15.5 cents a KWhr. HOWEVER, my brother works for BC Hydro and knows exactly what the wholesale electricity rate is, and it...

    Model 3: Roof Crack

I too have just had a roof crack - Happened in -30 C weather. Pulled the car out of the garage into the cold, and left it for an hour or so as I was getting organized. Got back in and was heating up the car while waiting for my wife and heard a "Tunk". Was looking around trying to figure out...

    So camping mode is useless.

Couldn't be too hard to have a camping parameters page so that when you personalize it in your profile, it sets everything up.............

Studded Tires - Should they do this?

Sorry, I thought R3's were studded. (Nomenclature issue) Definitely have the studded tires. Sooooo, the STUDS are ripped out - Big hole where they used to reside. The weird thing is that with a tire that is not toed in or cambered correctly, I assume that you would get some uneven tread wear...

Studded Tires - Should they do this?

Hello - wondering if anyone has noticed this wierd occurence as well. I have a set of Nokian Hakkapeliitta R3 235/45 R 18 98 T XL on my Tesla - I got the car in March last year so they were on for 2 months, maybe 6000K. Then they came off, and were put back on Mid October (That's what happens...

    FSD Computer Upgrade and Experience

I don’t know about upgrading now - I my car was built in January and delivered Feb 26th - before the infamous price drops etc (don’t get me started....). Anyways, Elon said that the current graphic card is good for what - 3 years, then they will have another one, with the same leap in...

    Delivery Nightmare

My delivery experience was pretty good - except for the fact it was -20C when I got it, so that precluded a whole lot of car inspection. I did however roll it right into the tire shop for a new set of studded Hakkapalitas so the tire guys had a good look, and I got a chance to look underneath as...

Why does Model 3 need CCS/CHAdeMO adapter? This is why.

I’m with you. Brand new Tesla 3 owner. Fair coverage of superchargers around me, but LOTS of free chargers including the fast DC BC Hydro chargers with CCS plugs. Pull in with my J1772 adapter thinking this is pretty cool, but no go. SEVERLY limits my range in the hinterland of B.C. It’s amazing...
