Airflow to the brakes may be a concern, not sure? These appear to be completely solid, with no gaps at all.

All official Tesla aero caps for the Y and 3 have openings.

They’re pretty much the same as what’s on the Cybertruck, so doubt it’s an issue

They’re pretty much the same as what’s on the Cybertruck, so doubt it’s an issue

Very different car though. Different aero, and different front ducting. The 3 (and I think the Y) has an air duct that directs airflow along the outside of the front wheels.

Tesla only makes ventilated wheel covers for the 3/Y.

I'm not saying there will be a problem, but you did ask about possible downsides.

I doubt they would increase range... smooth flat disks maybe.. but pushing that square section forward at 200km/h isn't going to be less drag
