Will these fit a 22 Model Y?

Yes. But you would want to put Y size tires. If you have the stock 19inch rims, then the tires are a direct swap onto these rims.

And what size tires would that be? I forgot ti mention it's the MYP, so would they clear the brakes?

It would be the same a your stock tires or you can go wider. I believe 255/45R19 is the Y size.

I have a SR, so I would not know the answer to that question.
