Appreciate the interest! I think I’m going to keep them now... Love the look, hate the weight! But after doing more research the impact on speed and mileage seem minimal even compared to fully forged wheels. But if anyone is selling fully forged 20’s let me know hahha
Never been a fan of spacers on a performance car. It is not uncommon on some hard drives for me to push 1.4-1.5 lateral G's (according to the Track Mode meter). I would not want that on wheels with spacers. If the car is just to look pretty, sure, whatever.
Most people aren't tracking their car with these pigs. They are just as heavy as the stock PUP 20" wheels. Yes, I own both the stock 20" wheels and the 40mm Zero G wheels.
Also, if you plan to buy the MPP/Giro rotors, it pushes out the offset by 4mm, essentially making the offset net 36mm, which should clear the calipers on the 40mm offset wheels.
No affiliation with this site, but you can install 5mm spacers and it take care of the lip issue and any brake caliper clearance issues. According to the owner these are hubcentric made from Aircraft grade aluminum specifically milled to fit the hub centerbore tightly. https://www.traverseridgeracing.com/adapters-spacers-1
