2012 Tesla Model S P85 Rear Door Won't Open

I recently bought this car and after a couple of weeks of using it, my driver-side rear door will not open from the inside or outside.

The door handles will pop out when unlocking the car, the car does not have the child-lock on, and when I use the manual pull for opening the doors in case of an emergency the door will only half open and I have to push it back fully closed from the outside.

I've searched all over the internet and youtube and haven't gotten any results on what I can do for the DIY fix. Do any of you have any recommendations?

Are you certain the car hasn't been twisted in an accident? Seems strange that it won't fully open.
