2013 Model S trunk won't

Hello, I've recently acquired a 2013 Model S and i am in love with the thing, there are no major issues from the trunk not closing. It wasn't like that when i purchased it but it started happening a few weeks ago now when I try to close it it'll beep twice before touching the bottom and go back up, I've resorted to closing it by hand but am getting a bit irritated at this point. Has anybody else have this issue and if so what was the solution. I would greatly appreciate any help.
