I am putting my Model S P85 up for sale. I picked it up when CPOs were still being fully refurbished as compared to the 70-point inspection that CPOs currently have so I received the car in an almost pristine condition. They replaced the tires when I got it, which I promptly replaced with 19" so it comes with a second set of 21" turbines. A lot of items have been upgraded (4G, 2nd Gen TPMS, instrument cluster, etc) when I got it and some other stuff have been recently replaced by Tesla like the driver seat, which was custom made since they don't manufacture it anymore.
