Yes, Tesla service can install a new communication card which also comes with the adapter.
In your app, go to Service >Request Service >Upgrades and Accessories >CCS retrofit. I can't remember how much it costs but it's $300-$400. Mobile service did mine.

Well, they're wrong. Lots of us have had it done by Tesla. Did you follow the path in the app that I posted?

Right, because you're supposed to schedule the install through the app like I posted.

I dont know why but all of a sudden i got ccs added to my repairs.coming up thank you all
