2015 Model S - no error when one headlight not working?

Just realized Today while driving on the highway that the car icon was only showing left headlight working. Stopped at a Supercharger and indeed, only the left headlight was working, but no error shown on the dash.
When left the charger, both appeared as working again. Should I consider replacing the bulbs?

It happened to me once and never had a problem again. Both headlights have been working fine with good output since the one occurrence. No error message and didn’t notice the car icon status on the IC

I had the same issue. I was surprised there wasn’t a notification, just the car icon showing one headlight. Mobile service came and discovered the problem was not the bulb but the ballast had lots of corrosion (due to salt on winter roads). They replaced the entire headlight assembly.

Luckily it was covered under my extended service agreement so I don’t know the full cost, sorry.
