Yes, it is under warranty. I referenced the maintenance agreement which is prepaid annual maintenance.

It does not have Ludicrous, but I believe it can be added. I can check on that if you would like to know. It has Insane Mode. I believe Ludicrious reduces 0-60 time by 0.2 seconds ... 3.1 down to 2.9. Insane Mode is ... well ... pretty insane. I floored it once from a dead stop and had a headache for a week. I never did it again.
