2016 Model X - Windows not calibrating

I just bought a 2016 Model x and noticed the passenger window goes up too high and hits the bright metal trim. I also get a notification that it thinks this window is open. I’ve read the Tesla guidance on calibrating windows and tried some of the video tips but it doesn’t seem to work. The secret service menu also doesn’t have this feature. Does the current calibration advice work for the 2016? Any other advice before I take this in for a service?
