Let me rephrase, if you buy it I'm pretty sure no free supercharging. If you assume the lease, free supercharging should transfer. Any people that have assumed a lease here to tell us?

Regarding the Free Supercharging transfer I am in the process of doing a lease transfer now, and I heard that the same rules apply for selling a tesla. A lease transfer is still considered transferring ownership so if your Tesla says that Free SC does not transfer, then it won't transfer. But I also heard from at least one person, that the new owner would still get the 400kwh allowance of free supercharging. I haven't confirmed that with Tesla though and haven't completed the lease transfer. If anyone else knows, please comment. I can also share back here after I complete the transfer to see what happens. My 2017 Model x100d says the Free SC does not transfer.

This lease looks like a good deal. You can also post it up for sale at www.onlyusedtesla.com That company helped me sell my lease transfer. Buyer just googled something like "used tesla model x" and my ad on OnlyUsedTesla came up.
